Requirements:

• Minimum of one year barista experience working in a similar venue

• Ability to deliver exceptional and attentive customer service 

• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management

• Outgoing and engaging personality, and strong communication

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Up–to–date RSA certificate

Responsibilities:

• Confidently prepare a substantial amount of high-quality coffees daily, maintaining efficiency throughout

• Situated at the front of the venue, you may be welcoming and farewelling guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area to a high standard and attention to detail.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.

• Adhere to all applicable alcohol service regulations and guidelines, ensuring responsible beverage service.

• Process payments accurately using our systems and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with bar staff, servers, and kitchen team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

• Perform opening and closing duties according to established procedures.
